Have you been in a class where you use the wall, but wonder if there are other ways to explore postures with the wall as more than just a way to keep your balance?
Join TYS Teacher Karen Ascher in this special extended yoga class! Using the wall as a simple and complex way to enhance yoga postures, Karen will lead you through a series of poses that utilize the wall in familiar and unfamiliar ways. Get ready to explore the wall – and add it to your list of your favorite yoga props! Must be comfortable with standing postures, or any level 1 class at The Yoga Sanctuary.
