A Day of Gratitude & Healing: Rebuilding Together

Saturday, October 12th | 10am – 2pm

The Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce is bringing our community together to support local businesses impacted by Hurricane Helene through the Punta Gorda Strong: Downtown Recovery Block Sale.

And The Yoga Sanctuary is excited to participate!

As you explore and support local shops, restaurants, and businesses around town, be sure to stop by the studio to experience our full day of donation-based events, which include:

• Yoga Classes
• Meditation Sessions
• Mini Reiki, Energy, and Sound Healing Sessions
• Exclusive Online-Only Classes for those joining from afar
• Deep Discounts at our Surviving the Surge Retail Sale
• Snacks, Raffles, and More!

Classes will be held outside in the open space next to the studio and in our upstairs studio rooms. Please bring your mat and any props you’d like to use.

Can’t make it on the 12th? We’re still here for you! Join us online, come for in-person classes upstairs, or book a massage, reiki, or sound healing session.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for the outpouring of love and support and although our first floor may have been devastated by the storm surge, we’re still here—and we’re here for you!

All donations will directly support rebuilding our space, with contributions accepted via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.
